We provide a range of membership options to suit your educational needs and budget: Free, Premium, and Pro, each offering a different set of advantages. Select the tier that best matches your learning or teaching objectives.
For Premium and Pro memberships, we offer both monthly subscriptions and a one-time, annual plan. Please note that only the monthly subscriptions require a PayPal account for processing recurring payments.
We do not have a free trial for Premium Memberships. Instead, the Free Membership level provides almost all the benefits of a premium membership with the exception of limited XTutor tokens and access to some premium content. Therefore, free membership acts as a free trial without time limitations.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership plan at any time from your account settings. Changes will take effect immediately, and your billing will be adjusted accordingly.
You can cancel your membership account at any time from your account settings. Please note that refunds are not available since we provide a free membership level for you to try out premium membership benefits.
No, you can still access all the lessons with a free membership account. However, a ClassX Premium or Pro Membership Account provides you with additional benefits and access to premium content.
No, ClassX Membership Accounts are meant to be used by a single individual. Sharing your account credentials with others is a violation of our terms of service.
No, your information is not utilized for training the chatbots when you use our service, which differs from direct interactions with ChatGPT or other major chatbots. We use the OpenAI API, the creators of ChatGPT, and OpenAI assures that data exchanged through their API does not contribute to the training of their models.
If you don’t possess a Paypal account, you have the option to select a one-year membership plan instead. This plan does not automatically renew, allowing you to complete the purchase using just your credit card information. Before your membership comes to an end, we’ll remind you to renew it if you choose to.
